Judi Hand

President and General Manager

Judi Hand serves as President and General Manager of Revana, a position she assumed in April 2007. Ms. Hand’s background includes 25 years of experience in sales, operations, and marketing at multiple global firms. Judi also serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for the parent company, Teletech, a $1.5B publicly traded Customer Engagement Company. In this role, Judi leads the global sales and marketing team and is responsible for generating over $400M a year in new business across customer management, growth, technology and strategic consulting.

In the ten years Judi has led Revana, she has more than doubled the size of the company, growing revenue from $45 million to over $100 million and increasing profitability by over $15M or more than 4600%. In addition to the strong financial performance under her leadership, Judi also created a global footprint for Revana’s client base, launching operations in six countries. Combining her strengths in marketing and financial management, she has been responsible for achieving double digit growth in both sales and profitability during her tenure.

In addition to increasing Revana’s client base and driving its overall growth, Revana has won 27 Stevie Awards in the ten years under her leadership. Revana was named Sales Outsourcer of the Year in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 201 and Judi was personally awarded the Gold Stevie for Executive of the Year for Women in Business in 2010 and Bronze Stevie for Executive of the Year for Women in Business in 2012.

Prior to stepping into the role of CEO at Revana, Hand’s executive experience included her position as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales with AT&T, Vice President of AT&T Business Services for small and mid-sized markets, Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Care at Qwest for small business and consumer markets, Chief Marketing Officer for US West Dex and Executive Director of Solutions Marketing and Director of Market Strategy Development for US WEST. She holds a BSBA in communications and marketing from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from Stanford University.

Patrick Burke

Senior Vice President of Sales Delivery

As the senior vice president of sales delivery, Patrick Burke oversees and holds responsibility for Revana’s consumer and SMB sales divisions. He has more than 18 years of experience in contact center management, leading sales management, client relations, and overall program management at the director and vice president levels.

Burke has a proven track record of driving operational performance and utilizing his support resources to attain optimum productivity and efficiency in a variety of programs. His experience spans several sales verticals globally; including inbound consumer sales, outbound consumer sales, as well as outbound direct sales to the SMB and public sector markets. Through the years, he has launched several new direct inbound and outbound sales programs, built and implemented touch plan strategies for business-to-business (B2B) outbound programs, and renewed contracts for several of Revana’s key clients.

Mary Beth Burke

Vice President Global Sales Service Delivery

Mary Beth Burke is Vice President of Sales Delivery for Revana, a position she was promoted to in December of 2012. Burke is an accomplished and recognized sales leader with over 23 years of experience in various vertical industries. In addition to her extensive sales background, she has expertise in sales leadership and organizational development, with 10+ years experience leading sales training and process design teams. Burke joined Revana in August 2008 and has served in Director, Sr. Director and Vice President capacities for new proof of concept programs as well as for one of Revana’s fastest growing technology clients. In her leadership role she delivers exceptional personalized customer experience and develops plans and strategies for achieving sales goals to programs in four countries. As winner of the 2013 Excellence in Execution Award, given by the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP), Burke continues to demonstrate her commitment to both her clients and her sales teams. Prior to joining Revana, she was the Director of Sales at Arete Sleep Health, and Regional Director of Sales for both Sprint and Verizon.

Jonathan Gray

Senior Vice President Marketing

Jonathan Gray is the Senior Vice President Marketing for Revana. He is responsible for developing new digital marketing and sales solutions to acquire, grow and retain customers on behalf of industry leading clients. Revana Analytic Multichannel Platform (RAMP) and Revana AQ360SM, which won a Gold Stevie as 2016 Best New Marketing Solution are two of the recent tools his team has developed to drive superior outcomes for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) companies.

Gray brings over 25 years of sales, marketing, and communications experience in the telecommunications, cable, and retail industries. Previous responsibilities include strategic segmentation for B2B and B2C, and product marketing and campaign strategy roles for Qwest. Additionally, he has a background in sales best practices and strategic support roles for Nordstrom, Inc.

Gray holds a MBA from Arizona State University, a master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a BA in International Relations from Pomona College.

Barbara Wingle

Executive Director Marketing Analytics

Barbara Wingle, Principal, Strategic Marketing and Predictive Analytics has over 35 years’ experience in sales and marketing strategy for companies like GTE, Fujitsu, TSYS and TeleTech. In leadership roles at each company, Barbara has helped clients develop strategies and tactics to drive results and increase revenue. Always intimately involved in the sales process, she has been responsible for sales support as well as execution and enablement. Barbara is passionate about making sure marketing and recommended actions are based using an analytic data-driven process.

Ryan Adams

Global Vice President of Operations

As Global Vice President of Operations, Ryan Adams is responsible for enabling operational excellence and profitable growth by delivering on Revana’s ROI business model. He has held a variety of positions over his 18 years at Revana including sales, sales leadership, and senior leadership of both inbound and outbound programs, public sector, enterprise, consumer and international programs. He has deep expertise involving numerous international programs in the Philippines, Ireland and Australia. Adams’ strong commitment to innovative problem solving and his passion as a customer champion, is the reason he was chosen to oversee program portfolio revenues of $66 million.

Known for his strong track record, Adams has been recognized as one of Revana’s top sales producers and manager, winning accolades as sales associate, manager and director of the year five different times over the span of his career. He has a BA degree from Arizona State University.

David Antley

Vice President Sales Development

David Antley has been pioneering innovation in online marketing for over 18 years. His career started as a founding member of, one of the first online newspapers and the flagship online property of the Hearst Corporation. He later became a strategic member of the Yahoo Agency Relations and Business Development team. After the dot com crash of 2001, Antley joined Overture Services which later became known as Yahoo Search Marketing. He then relocated to Salt Lake City to develop Progrexion, an online marketing agency that is best known for the development and growth of LexingtonLaw, the nation’s largest credit repair company. Antley then launched a Health and Wellness marketing company, which he sold a year later to Alliance Health Networks. He then developed Rising Revenue, an affiliate marketing outsource program management company that also offered consulting services.

Antley has a BA degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University.
